Iwahig Prison escapee caught

IWAHIG prison escapee and convicted criminal Roberto Dolman has been captured in Barangay San Isidro in Puerto Princesa City, police said Monday.

SPO1 Rodolfo Marzo Jr., team leader of the Special Operations Group, city police department, said the escapee was caught along Baywalk on Saturday, August 14 at around 9:30 in the evening by the joint operations of elements of the SOG, Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm personnel, and barangay officials of San Isidro.

Dolman escaped from the Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm on August 9.

Dolman was serving his sentence at the IPPF with prison number N206P-0180. He has been brought to the Special Operations Group office for subsequent turn-over to the Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm for proper disposition.
