Function : General Public Service



  1. Exercise general supervision and control over all programs, projects, services and activies of the City Government
  2. Enforce all laws and ordinances pertinent to the effective governance of the city
  3. Initiate and maximize the generation of resources and revenues and apply the same to the implementation of development plans, program objectives and priorities as provided in Section of the Code, particularly those resources and revenues programmed for agro-industrial development and countryside growth and progress
  4. Ensure the delivery of basic services and the provisions of adequate facilities as provided in Rule V of these rules
  5. Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribed by law or ordinance



  1. To provide sensitive leadership, guidance and coordination to the total city organization. Their includes efficient implementation of programs, policies adopted in line with the regional and national objectives
  2. To provide effective and efficient enforcement of laws, decrees and regulations
  3. To provide effective and efficent enforcement of the 10-year Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City of Puerto Princesan(2010-2011)
