Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron led the 2026 3rd Quarter Regular Meeting of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) on September 16, 2026, at Citystate Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City.
The meeting focused on the proposed disaster preparedness programs and projects of the CDRRMO, City Health Office, and City Social Welfare and Development Office for inclusion in the 2027 budget.
Mayor Bayron emphasized the importance of ensuring that the City Government is fully prepared for emergencies, with sufficient funds and resources readily available to support immediate response and assistance to affected communities.
The City Government remains committed to strengthening disaster preparedness and inter-agency coordination to ensure the safety and resilience of Puerto Princesans.
