This is the sincere gratitude of the Barangay Officers of Villa Princesa, Barangay Sta. Monica, to the City Government of Puerto Princesa, under the leadership of Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron, in recognition of the Villa Princesa Road cementing project implemented in 2016.
“Cemented roads have been benefiting residents for ten years. It is an honor that we have a Mayor who wants to address the basic needs of the residents of our city,” statement of Villa Princesa Barangay President Rolando San Juan, Jr.
As a symbol of their sincere gratitude, the visiting Barangay Officers also gave plaque and token of appreciation to Mayor Bayron.
