Formally inaugurated by Mayor Lucilo R. The project “Replacement/Concreting of Circumferential Road (Jacana Road to Liberty-Puloy)” was paid on July 7, 2026. This project covers part of the road from Barangay Bancao-Bancao to Barangay Bagong Sikat.
The project costs ₱61,259,492.76 and is expected to do a lot for the smoother travel of the residents here.
Projects and services recently inaugurated also include a 3-storey 9-classroom school building with solar panels at Valentin Macasaet MES, a new Mini City Hall in Macarascas, a new Digital X-Ray machine and laboratory equipment at Macarascas Enhanced Satellite Clinic, and City Engineering and Architecture Building.
