The residents of Brgy don’t have to go far from the town. Macarascas and nearby barangays for X-ray and Laboratory examinations because starting today, July 7, 2026 these services will be availed for free at the Macarascas Enhanced Satellite Clinic.
During the commissioning of Digital X-ray machine and Clinical Laboratory headed by Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron, said this project was part of the continued advancement of his advocacy “bringing government closer to the people,” especially in the matter of health services.
“Our main objective here is to deliver the main health services so that our countrymen will not get serious illnesses. “That’s prevention, because I really can’t forget what I was taught when I was elementary: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” the mayor said.
According to Dr. Ricardo Panganiban in his short message, patients can quickly get the result of their X-ray because of this digital, way to immediately provide adequate cure to any chronic illnesses. It also promises to continue upgrading our satellite clinics in the city.
“The usual that the Mayor promises us to bring the government closer to the people, Health is included in that. Prevention is the main goal of City Health according to the Mayor’s directive,” Dr. Panganiban added.
The Clinical Laboratory that will provide free laboratory tests such as Complete Blood Count (CBC), Microscopic Urinalysis and Blood Chemistry will also be of great help to the citizens in the area. With this, citizens will be provided with quality medical services without breaking their pockets.
It’s the target of the City Government to follow the commissioning of the X-ray machine and Clinical Laboratory in San Rafael Satellite Clinic and Luzviminda Satellite Clinic in the coming times.
Along with the commissioning done is the inauguration of the Macarascas Mini City Hall and Rural Service Center, which is still part of the goal to bring government services closer to remote and remote areas in the city.
