The newly elected officers of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Palawan Chapter, led by President Rowena M. Mendoza, together with Vice President Angelo D. Santiso and their members, paid a courtesy call on Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron today, July 13, 2026, at the City Mayor’s Office.
The visit served as a formal introduction of the organization’s new set of officers and to discuss their upcoming activities in celebration of Accountancy Week this July.
During the meeting, the officers also expressed their commitment to strengthening collaboration with the City Government in advancing initiatives that support the accounting profession and promote good governance and public service.
Mayor Bayron welcomed the officers and expressed his appreciation for PICPA’s continued dedication to upholding professionalism, integrity, and excellence in the accounting profession.
