Mayor of Puerto Princesa City, Lucilo R. Bayron, led the oath-taking ceremony of the new officials of the Puerto Princesa City and Palawan Tourist Transport Federation, Inc. (PPCPTTF), under the leadership of their President, Elmer V. Gregorio, on September 28, 2026, at the City Mayor’s Office.
The PPCPTTF was formed to unify tourist transport operators and other stakeholders in Puerto Princesa City and Palawan, and to strengthen their coordination for safe and efficient service to locals and tourists.
After the oath-taking, Mayor Bayron also had a brief meeting with the new officials regarding the situation of the tourist transport sector and its continued communication with the city government.
Mayor Bayron recognized the important role of the tourist transport sector as a partner in the continued development of tourism in Puerto Princesa.
