Policarpio, is in the city to participate in the Capacity Development and Planning Workshop for Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) and Technical Working Group (TWG) members of Proclamations No. 530, 574, and 615. The activity is held in line with the observance of National Shelter Month this October.
