The newly installed Team Leader of the PNP City Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Unit (CECU), PCpt. Dinnoh C. Genoves, paid a courtesy call on Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron today, August 20, 2026, at the City Mayor’s Office.
During the meeting, PCpt. Genoves formally introduced himself to Mayor Bayron and expressed the unit’s full support for the initiatives and programs of the City Government.
He also thanked Mayor Bayron for the City Government’s continued support to the unit and assured the Mayor of their commitment to fulfilling their duties and contributing to the safety and security of Puerto Princesa City.
Mayor Bayron welcomed PCpt. Genoves and reaffirmed the City Government’s continued support for the PNP EOD and K9 Group in the performance of its duties.
