The newly installed Provincial Officer of the Philippine National Police–Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) Palawan and Assistant Regional Chief of HPG MIMAROPA, PLTCOL Romulo M. Mabborang, paid a courtesy call to Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron at the City Mayor’s Office on September 8, 2026.
Accompanied by fellow HPG officials, PLTCOL Mabborang formally introduced himself to the City Mayor and discussed the group’s mandate and ongoing operations, including the enforcement of traffic laws and other highway safety initiatives.
Mayor Bayron welcomed the new provincial officer and expressed the City Government’s continued support for efforts that promote road safety, traffic discipline, and the protection of motorists and the riding public in Puerto Princesa.
