According to Atty. Petrache, the purpose of their visit is to introduce programs that could help local business owners, including providing wider market access through e-commerce.
“There is no connection yet, Mayor, from Shoppee here in your city. I want to pave the way for our business to connect with you. What can we do to help your MSMEs? We are also following your priorities, there is tourism and MSME development,” said Atty. Petrache.
The mayor was pleased to hear their plans to collaborate with the Puerto Princesa City Government, especially since Shopee Philippines philippines interested MSMEs are planning to expand their market reach not only in Puerto Princesa but also in other parts of the Philippines through online selling.
