Puerto Princesa City, Oct. 15, 2012 – Malaki ang potensyal ng Taraw Cave na matatagpuan sa Brgy. San Rafael na maging isa sa mga pangunahing pook pasyalan sa lungsod ng Puerto Princesa.
Ayon kay Kap. Gregorio Nalica ng San Rafael, malaki ang naiambag ng Taraw Cave sa nabuong kasaysayan ng lungsod dahil naging kublihan ito ng mga beterano sa pamumuno ng bayani ng lalawigan ng Palawan na si Dr. Higinio Mendoza Jr. na kasalukuyang gobernador noong panahon ng Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig.

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, August 9 2012 (CIO) - Puerto Princesa City launched yesterday the Child Wise Tourism (CWT) program with the Department of Tourism (DOT) as a stand against child-sex tourism.

In a press conference after the launching ceremony, DOT Undersecretary Maria Victoria Jasmin said bringing CWT in the city is a preventive measure to stop child-sex tourism before it begins.

MANILA, June 5 (PNA) -- The world is now starting to see that the Department of Tourism's campaign "It’s More Fun in the Philippines" is not just a bunch of slogan or campaign on a streamer.

It may take P17 billion worth of road and related projects to fully prop up the country’s tourism industry, according to a proposal from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Public Works Secretary Rogelio L. Singson said in an interview that he and Tourism Secretary Mon Jimenez have talked about the road projects needed in key tourism areas all over the country.

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Palawan, Mayo 2 (PIA) -- Nilagyan na ng pamahalaang panglungsod ng closed circuit television (CCTV) camera ang ilang tourist destinations sa lungsod upang ma-monitor ang mga pang-araw araw na aktibidad sa lugar.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni City Councilor Eleutherius Edualino, Chairman ng Committee on Tourism sa panayam dito noong araw ng Lunes sa regular na sesyon ng Sangguniang Panglungsod.
