The Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of the project is under the Consultancy Service with Angel Lazaro & Associates International (ALAI) Consulting Engineers and Architects is ready for approval pending upon the submission of the corrected and completeness of plans based on the attached findings and observations of the DPWH.
