STCAA boys champ badminton

CALABARZON proved again its supremacy in the game of smashes and drops as its Badminton Boys Team grabbed the Team Tie championship in both Secondary and Elementary categories.

Region IV-A Badminton Team foiled their opponents without fuss finishing their games with a great score lead.

Secondary boys Ronel Estanislao, Voughn Ivan Angsico, John Robert Ner and Philip Joper Escueta, coached by Xavier Cruz, outwitted NCR’s and Eastern Visayas’ bets who emerged first and second runners-up, respectively.

Coached by Michael Verdejo, Calabarzon elementary boys Elijah Abdel Boac, Jason Haig, Jeffrey Jessie Milla and Emmanuel Mauricio outmaneuvered the teams from Central Visayas and Cotabato who landed second and third placers, respectively.

Meanwhile, Calabarzon Badminton girls team ranked second and fourth placers of elementary and secondary levels, respectively.
