2nd timer tourist impressed of PPC’s development

“It is fast-developing”
This was the comment of a second timer tourist here in our city after seeing its present status.
Mr. Rogello Talag, transportation officer of the CALABARZON delegation said that this was his second time being here in the city.
He also added that the city prepared so much for the Palarong Pambansa ’08.
On the other hand, he was impressed by the very accommodating community of the city and the strict implementing of rules in the city to maintain its cleanliness and its peace and order.
Also, during an interview, Mr. Talag said that there was a time when Mayor Edward Hagedorn tried to test the law enforcers by throwing a cigarette butt in the streets to see if they will seize him, and as what he expected, they did so.
