By virtue of the Provisions of Section 260 & 263 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the undersigned will sell at Public Auction on July 28, 2017 at exactly 2:00 in the afternoon at the ATRIUM, Groundfloor of the New Green City Hall Bldg., Puerto Princesa City, the real property herein below specified which are hereby certified to be delinquent in the payment of real property taxes, penalties, cost due thereon as of the date.
