WESCOM Chief LtGen Juancho M. Sabban has personally administered the oath as the new set of WDPC’s officers pledged to “perform their duties, without fear or favor, with the aim of furthering the purpose of the organization.”

More importantly, LtGen Sabban believes that the military and the media could become partners in pursuing that objective.
